Leading a global effort to modernize the Syncron website.
Syncron is a global aftermarket service and parts company with over $3 billion in annual value creation across various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors, including automotive, construction, agriculture, industrial, medical, aerospace, and more.
After working with Sycron previously, they approached us again in need of web support and what was initially just some incremental improvements to the website. But quickly, our collaboration with them evolved into much more, eventually leading to a comprehensive audit, redesign, and restructuring of the site and its complex content management system.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with Syncron teams across multiple time zones and language barriers to develop a robust content management plan and establish a streamlined process for language translation and content updates across the site. By leveraging the latest advancements in WordPress, we implemented a new block editor to make it easy for their teams to update content and eliminate the need for extensive data entry.
The new site significantly improves performance and the user experience with a design system that offers brand consistency across the board. And the updated, user-friendly content management system has helped us modernize their digital presence and will allow the global Sycron marketing team to operate efficiently and consistently.
