A Brand That Reads Between the Lines

Most people think libraries are just about books. Omaha Public Library knew they were so much more—a hub for ideas, technology, learning, and connection. But the brand didn’t tell that story. We created a new identity that reveals more the longer you look: a mark that feels unified at first glance, then unfolds into layers—just like the Library itself. Rolled out across posters, outdoor, and in-branch experiences, the rebrand repositioned OPL as a launchpad for curiosity in all forms. Because librarians aren’t just guardians of books—they’re catalysts for discovery.
