Lincoln Financial Group Experience Room

A century of service; that’s a big story. So, big we went.

Lincoln Financial Group was built on the values of its namesake, Abraham Lincoln. The solutions provider, with products ranging from insurance to retirement options, takes great pride in the investment and care it places on customer service, however telling its story became increasingly difficult. A space in its Omaha office offered a unique opportunity to tell its story and demonstrate its value. Designed as a journey wall, it would support internal culture and elevate the company’s sales strategy by creating an interactive tour experience for brokers and employers.

Daake created an experience room that combines dimensional elements, an interactive display, and points of interest. It serves as a guide through internal programs, the company’s vast service model, and specific products and benefits. Opportunities for customizing the experience are woven throughout, including the latest Lincoln Financial Group award recipients, updated customer service survey results, and handwritten notes that showcase the company’s attention to providing a very human, compassionate experience.

Whether part of a more extensive experience, or as a quick, at-a-glance support piece, the Lincoln Financial Group journey wall gives brokers, employers, and internal team members a deeper understanding of the pride and personal attention Lincoln Financial Group is committed to displaying.

When it turned orange:

We spent all day one Saturday peeling off adhesive stickers because the room was set to open the following Monday. The client was there, our fabrication partner was there, and we were there, all making it happen.
