Hi, I’m Julie Ly

I’m a Designer at Daake. From what I can recall, I was always quite the artsy child in the family. Fun fact — I still have my art projects from elementary up until my senior year of college. I promise I’m not a hoarder. It’s just that the opportunity to create something worthwhile is an indescribable feeling.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at Iowa State University. It was then, when I got the chance to dive into various forms of graphic design itself. It was a reassuring moment that I made the right choice of pursing my degree. But it doesn’t compare to the real-life experience, especially working with a great team like I do. 

Since being at Daake, I’ve been ecstatic to learn more and more. Everyday is like a roller-coaster ride. Never a bleak moment.
