The bold, premium transformation of the Brewer brand.

The Brewer Company’s struggle was never the quality of their service or the healthcare equipment they manufacture. The issue for Brewer was a lack of brand awareness compared to competitors.

The rebranding effort focused on helping this humble, hard-working organization get more comfortable with being bolder in telling the Brewer story. Much of the work centered on bringing the visual and verbal expressions together to support Brewer’s true behaviors, including doing the right thing, offering more than expected, and backing up the product with exceptional service. Brewer has tangible differentiators that needed to have the spotlight cast on them in a visible and meaningful way to their customers.

While some stakeholders initially preferred an evolutionary refresh, the team ultimately advocated for a revolutionary shift to make a significant market impact. The new brand is intentional, bold and exudes an earned confidence that reflects the premium Brewer product line. The visuals and brand story now match who they are and have helped renew internal alignment, communication, and cohesion.
