Hi, I’m Lisa Daake

I’m the Vice President of Operations here at Daake. When I was little I wanted to be a veterinarian; until we took a kitten to the vet and it didn’t come home with us and so changed my thought on a future occupation. Unlike Greg who knew exactly what he wanted to be; I just knew I was good at organizing, planning, numbers and encouraging people to be the best that they can be.

I earned a Business Administration degree (emphasis in Human Resources – see it all kind of ties together ☺) from UNK. My first job was at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE; what a great name for a person like me to start my career.

Going on 19 years with this place and I have given up trying to control it all and let those around me do what they do best and they let me do what I do best and it seems to have created this perfect “orangeness”  which is Daake.
